The Georgia Environmental Protection Division (EPD) has declared that persistently dry conditions warrant a Level 1 Drought Response for 53 Counties in Georgia including Coweta County. It is always goal of the City of Senoia to be good stewards of our resources, especially water. The City encourages its residents to do the same. Please join the city in the following actions:

On September 19, 2016 at 7:00 PM, the Mayor and Council will hold a public hearing to accept public comment regarding the proposed update of the City’s Comprehensive Plan. The meeting will be held at the municipal court located at 505 Howard Road. The City uses the comprehensive plan to guide development and policy decisions in the City. Join the City of Senoia on Saturday, September 24, 2016 for its 12th annual Cruisin’ to the Oldies Car Show. Car registration for classic cars 1991 and older begins at 8:00 am. The fee is $20.00. The event starts at 11:00 with emcees Scott Sargeant & Charlie Filkins. See over 300 classic cars parked downtown. The “Sock Hops” will perform from 12:00-3:00 singing “oldies” from the 1960’s. The Senoia Welcome Center at 68 Main Street is in need of volunteers. Volunteering at the Welcome Center is a fun way to meet visitors and residents alike and tell them about our great town of Senoia!
