Building Inspections
SafeBuilt, Inc. conduct the majority
of building inspections for the City of Senoia.
The Building Department issues permits, performs plans check and
inspections for conformity to building codes.

The staff in City Hall can provide assistance at the counter and
by phone regarding fees, processing requirements, inspection inquiries
and general building procedures. City Hall maintains address records
of all building permits and documents by address for public record.
The Code Enforcement deals with the 'Disturbance of quality of
life'. This includes; construction hours, illegal dumping, unsightly
yard, storage of vehicles and sign ordinances.
Code Enforcement
Outside the spectrum of criminal and traffic offenses, enforcement
of City codes is the responsibility of the Code Enforcement Officer
within the Building Department. Common code enforcement issues
include but are not limited to:
