The Public Works Department in the City of Senoia manages the following areas:
The Street Department and its staff are responsible for maintaining City streets and other public right-of-ways.
The Senoia Street Department provides many services that help maintain the quality of our neighborhoods. Depending on the season of the year, they include re-paving, patching, crack-filling and resurfacing roads. Dependable Waste picks up leaves, grass clippings and limbs every Monday. Dependable Waste does not require that these items are bagged; however, if bags are desired only bio-degradable bags can be accepted. Please do not place debris on the roadside prior to Sunday at noon.

Recyclables will be picked up along with your solid waste. Please note that only aluminum cans, plastics, paper, corrugated cardboard (excluding pizza boxes) and box board can be recycled. Glass is no longer able to be recycled.Leaf and Limb Services
Leaf and limb service is on Monday. The following rules apply:
Large household items will be picked up each Monday. No more than two items per address.Service Days
To provide the best service, Pollard has divided the City into Sectors and will collect household trash on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Please click on the link below to find your subdivision or street name and the day of your household trash and recycling service.
All residential water customers in the City of Senoia are required to pay a monthly sanitation service fee set periodically by the Mayor and Council. All residential water customers in the City of Senoia are required to pay a Sanitation Fee of $13.85 per month.
Animal Control in Senoia is managed by the Public Works Department. The City encourages responsible pet ownership:
Have your pets spayed / neutered and vaccinated.
Provide proper medical care and routine examinations for your pets.
Provide an adequate supply of food and water.
Keep your pet under control by either leash, adequate tether, or by fence.

Be considerate of your neighbors regarding your pet's behavior.
Consider obedience training classes for behavior problems.
Keep your pets for the duration of their life.
